Enrollment
Enrollment into Lil’ Kiddieland Childcare is on a rolling basis and is open throughout the year. We admit families on a first come basis as well as based on availability. Prior to enrollment, we encourage all families to come in for a tour of our facilities so that we can better understand the needs of our prospective families as well as allow for each prospective family to experience first-hand our facility.
As we begin our relationship together, it is important to define our policies as well as your responsibilities. We think that communication between staff, parents and children is critical to providing quality childcare. Please feel free to discuss any questions or concerns with the Director.
Before children can start parents/guardians must:
- Fully complete all registration materials in the Lil’ Kiddieland Enrollment Packet prior to your start date.
- Provide copies of any relevant court orders if any one parent is restricted in accessing the child
- List all authorized persons that can pick-up the child
- Prior to the start date, children must submit a current immunization record and proof of age, or a notation of exemption affidavit.
- Children must be at least 6 weeks of age.
It is the responsibility of the parents/guardians to ensure that the Center is notified of all changes to contact phone numbers, addresses, emergency contacts, persons authorized to collect child, etc. This information will be reviewed on a six month/year basis with all parents/guardians being required to complete an information update form (if applicable).

On various occasions, we take photos in the center to share with you or for use in program planning, marketing and public relations. You may see them in various types of advertising and electronic communication.

On various occasions, we take photos in the center to share with you or for use in program planning, marketing and public relations. You may see them in various types of advertising, on public television, in newspapers, magazines and electronic or digital communication. In signing this policy agreement, you give Lil’ Kiddieland, LLC and its’ affiliates permission to copyright and/or publish or use these images for any lawful purpose. They may be used in conjunction with your child’s own name or a fictitious name.

TUITION
Lil’ Kiddieland Childcare strives to provide families with extraordinary care for a reasonable value. Our rates are competitive with other high-quality establishments. To inquire about specific tuition rates please contact us via email or phone.
Payment
- Tuition is paid 1 week in advance
- Tuition for the first week of attendance are due on the day of enrollment.
- All DES/ Agency Co-pays are prepaid one week in advance prior to child attendance.
